The aim of this paper is to analyze the road safety in the area of City East Sarajevo, in order to define existing situation, through the existence and operation of the Road Safety Council, issued strategic and other documents in the field of road safety, with reference to traffic accidents data in the area of City East Sarajevo, and a proposal for measures to improve road safety.
